Marin Fine Foods – Quality & Order Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of everything we deliver. If your order does not meet our quality standards or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@marinfinefoods.com and include photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Delivery & Freshness
Customers are responsible for being available to receive deliveries within the designated delivery window. Marin Fine Foods is not responsible for the condition of the product if items are left unattended for an extended period of time.
Final Item Price Charge
Unless otherwise noted in the product description, products are sold by weight and the pricing is estimated at checkout. Your card is authorized based on the estimated weight, and the final charge reflects the actual packed and delivered weight.
